Terms of Service

The agreement that governs your use of AppMaker, including accounts, subscriptions, your apps, exported Flutter code and acceptable use.

Effective 27 October 2026 · Last updated 27 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AppMaker ("AppMaker", "we", "us" or "our") for the use of the AppMaker website, editor, preview apps, APIs, templates, AI features and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
  • You may not share an account in a way that exceeds the plan seats or limits shown on our pricing page.
  • Notify us promptly at support@appmaker.live if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information, are used for abuse, or remain unpaid.

3. The Service

AppMaker provides a visual app builder with AI-assisted generation, templates, realtime preview on mobile devices, app versioning, team features and Flutter code export. Features vary by plan and may change over time.

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview, AI, export and third-party integrations may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, network conditions or app-store review processes.

Beta, preview and experimental features are provided for evaluation, may change or be withdrawn, and may have additional limits. Do not rely on them for production workloads.

4. Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed through Stripe using Stripe-hosted Checkout and the Stripe Billing Portal. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel.

  • Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added where required by law.
  • Plan limits (apps, environments, versions, AI generations, API requests, storage, seats and similar) are described on the pricing page and may be enforced automatically.
  • We may change prices or plan features with reasonable advance notice. Changes apply to your next renewal unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Failed or disputed payments may lead to suspension of paid features after notice.
  • Enterprise plans may be governed by a separate order form or written agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for that order.

Refunds, disputes and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content and apps

You retain ownership of the app designs, text, images, data and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, display, process and back up Your Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service, and to provide support you request.

You are responsible for Your Content and for the apps you build, publish or share. You must have all rights and permissions needed for the content you use, including images, fonts, trademarks and personal data.

You must not use the Service to build or distribute apps that are unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or that violate the rights or privacy of others. We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of content you cannot afford to lose. Exporting your app or data before cancelling or deleting an account is your responsibility.

6. Exported code and intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, visual design, templates, documentation, branding and all related intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the Flutter source code exported from your own apps in your own products and client projects, including commercial apps. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute AppMaker templates, components or design systems as a competing app builder, template marketplace or no-code service.

Flutter and the Flutter logo are trademarks of Google LLC. AppMaker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Apple, FlutterFlow or Supabase. Any third-party open-source libraries included in exported code remain subject to their own licences, which you must review and comply with.

7. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:

  • Use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, phish, spam or commit fraud.
  • Access another person’s account, bypass usage limits, or probe, scan or test the security of the Service without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Use the Service to build apps that facilitate violence, illegal weapons, gambling where prohibited, child sexual abuse material, or other prohibited content.
  • Interfere with the Service, impose an unreasonable load, mine cryptocurrency, or resell the Service without a written reseller agreement.
  • Use the Service in a country or by a person subject to sanctions or export restrictions described in our Legal & Export Restrictions page.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (database, authentication and access control), Stripe (payments and billing), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Firebase Storage (media uploads), DeepSeek (AI model inference) and the Apple App Store and Google Play for preview-app distribution.

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, links or app-store decisions, and we may change providers as the Service evolves.

9. AI features

AI features generate suggestions, screens or code from the prompts and app context you provide. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose, and you must review and test it before relying on it.

Do not submit secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers or other highly sensitive information in prompts. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content and code comply with the law, third-party licences and the rules of any app store you publish to.

10. Availability, suspension and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, including features, integrations and plan limits. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature during your current term, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata remedy or the option to cancel.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or legal risk, or use the Service in a way that could harm AppMaker, its users or third parties.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that AI output or exported code will be error-free, or that any app will be accepted by an app store. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppMaker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to AppMaker for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless AppMaker and its officers, employees, contractors and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, the apps you build or publish, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Term, termination and deletion

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate these Terms or your access as described above.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period unless your account is terminated for breach or non-payment. We may delete your content after a reasonable retention period; export anything you need first.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and dispute provisions — will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppMaker is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@appmaker.live and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or from bringing a claim in a court that has mandatory jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
