1. You can cancel at any time
You may cancel a paid AppMaker subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless your refund request is approved under our Refund & Dispute Policy, the current billing period is not refunded.
2. How to cancel
- Signed-in customers can open the Stripe Billing Portal from the billing section of their account and choose "Cancel subscription".
- You may also email billing@appmaker.live from the account email address with the app and plan you want to cancel.
- Team owners and admins are responsible for cancelling subscriptions paid by their team.
- Enterprise customers should follow the notice terms in their order form or contact their account manager.
We will send a confirmation when the cancellation is processed. Keep that confirmation for your records.
3. When access ends
After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period. At that point the app moves to the Free plan, and Free limits apply. Features that exceed Free limits may become read-only or unavailable until you upgrade or remove the excess.
- Exports and preview access may be limited when the plan changes.
- Team members and shared resources may lose access at the end of the paid period.
- Custom domains, advanced environments and integrations may be disabled unless included in the Free plan.
4. Your apps and data
Cancelling a subscription does not by itself delete your account or apps. We recommend exporting any Flutter code and content you need before the paid period ends. If you later delete your account, our Privacy Policy describes how long data is retained.
5. Cancel versus delete your account
Cancelling stops billing. Deleting your account closes access and initiates deletion of your content, subject to legal retention obligations. To delete an account, contact support@appmaker.live from the account email address. Account deletion is irreversible, so export your work first.
6. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period. Prepaid annual fees are not refunded for the unused portion unless required by law or approved under our Refund & Dispute Policy.
7. Failed payments and suspension
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and we may notify you. Paid features may be suspended if the balance remains unpaid. Suspension is not a cancellation; you remain responsible for amounts due for the period in which the Service was provided.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is not the same as a refund. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Dispute Policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact billing@appmaker.live before or after cancelling and include your invoice details.
